We empower individuals with custom health programs, expert guidance, and innovative tools designed to support lasting lifestyle change. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a knowledgeable and culturally aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in South Asian nutrition to join our virtual care team.

You will provide high quality, virtual nutrition support to clients with diverse goals and health backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and refine individualized nutrition plans with a focus on South Asian dietary preferences and cultural practices
  • Provide guidance on chronic disease prevention, weight management, and overall wellness using evidence-based approaches
  • Educate clients on food choices, meal planning, lifestyle adjustments, and sustainable habit formation
  • Document sessions accurately and promptly in a HIPAA-compliant manner
  • Collaborate with other health professionals as needed to support comprehensive care

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or equivalent international credential recognized in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated experience working with South Asian nutrition, dietary patterns, or culturally aligned meal planning
  • At least 1 year of clinical, counseling, or outpatient nutrition experience (telehealth experience preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using virtual care platforms, EHRs, and online coaching tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, secure workspace
  • Active dietetics licensure in your state of residence (if U.S-based); multi-state licensure is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting chronic conditions common in South Asian populations (diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular risk, obesity)
  • Familiarity with behavioral coaching or motivational interviewing
  • Experience working with culturally diverse clients
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in South Asian languages, are an advantage but not required
  • Supported U.S.-based patients remotely, providing personalized nutrition guidance and care coordination through virtual consultations

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends if preferred
  • Fully remote, work-from-home role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹1,070.99 - ₹1,606.48 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
