Regional Training Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of field colleagues in your states/zone by coordinating with NSM/SM/DH/Mrktg. You will design, develop, and deploy training modules as per identified needs. Conduct 1-2 days of face-to-face classroom training based on TNI for identified FMRs.
