Job Description

Working Days: 5 Days a Week Local language preferred Preference: o Experience in Telecom & Enterprise / B2B solutions. Profile Requirements: Experience: o 10+ years of overall professional experience. o 6+ years of experience in Training and Development (L&D). o 3+ years of experience in Sales Training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences. Training Schedule Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training. Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee. Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records. Ability to mentor and coach individuals in a structured and results-oriented manner.
