1. Should have at least 3 years of stability in their current organization.
2. Experience should ideally be between 6-7 years, with a maximum of 9 years.
3.major experience in hunting roles, sales, and lead generation.
4. Experience managing MNC customers is preferred.
5. The candidate should have clients from different industries.
6. No career gaps.
7. Skills: Good communication & interpersonal ● Excellent Customer Relationship management ● Excellent interpersonal ● Collaborative leadership style ● Problem-solving ● Proven track record of customer management and business development ● Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
