Regional Sales Manager-Hyderabad

You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in the Critical Care Segment. Your responsibilities will include Sales Planning on a value-wise and product-wise/hospital-wise monthly basis. You will be accountable for achieving yearly targets set by the company. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with distributors, appointing distributors, and resolving claims. You will ensure the availability of products in hospitals as per the sales requirements. Creating regional sales plans and setting quotas aligned with business goals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will evaluate team and individual performances, identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and reviewing the annual budget for your area of responsibility. Analyzing regional market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and acquiring new customers while up-selling to existing customer bases will be essential. Managing and driving the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure will be crucial for the role. Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region is also part of the job scope.
