Regional Sales Manager-Hyderabad

As an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years in the Critical Care Segment, you will be responsible for the following: - Sales Planning: - Develop monthly value-wise and product-wise/hospital-wise sales plans. - Yearly Target Achievement: - Work towards achieving yearly targets set by the company. - Distributor Management: - Maintain relationships with distributors, appoint new distributors, and settle claims effectively. - Product Availability: - Ensure products are available in hospitals as per the sales requirements. - Team Management: - Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives. - Evaluate team and individual performances to drive results. - Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople. - Budgeting and Analysis: - Prepare and review the annual budget for your area of responsibility. - Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building: - Identify and acquire new customers while up-selling to existing customer bases. - Manage the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure. - Build strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
