Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly achievement of primary and secondary sales targets as per the business plan. Distributor & Retailer Activation: Identify, appoint, and activate new distributors and retailers within the assigned territory to drive market expansion. Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners as per company policies and credit terms. Product Placement & Scheme Execution: Oversee optimal product placement at distributor and retail levels. Execute trade schemes and promotions effectively to drive sales. Sales Closing & Reporting: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly primary and secondary sales closures with accurate reporting and analysis. Territory Management & Travel: Regularly travel across the assigned region to monitor market activities, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure sales coverage and growth. Requirements: At least 2 years in a regional management role. Strong knowledge of channel sales, trade marketing, and territory planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Should be from the Toy industry.
