Job Title: Manager – Sales (Industrial Air Products)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Sr. Manager Sales / Business Head

Location: Indore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales person to lead and drive sales initiatives for Industrial Air Products including Compressed Air Dryers, Filters, and Nitrogen Plants. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems and gas generation technology, along with a proven track record in industrial sales, customer relationship management, and channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory/segment.

· Promote and sell industrial air products – Compressed Air Dryers, Filtration Systems, and Nitrogen Generation Plants.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.

· Understand customer requirements, propose appropriate technical solutions, and prepare commercial offers.

· Conduct technical and commercial presentations to clients.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare strategy accordingly.

· Coordinate with internal departments for timely order execution, delivery, and service support.

· Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and documentation.

· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· 6-8 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment, preferably in Compressed Air Systems, Gas Generation Units, or similar products.

· Strong technical background with understanding of PSA / Membrane Nitrogen Plants, Refrigeration & Desiccant Dryers, and Compressed Air Filtration systems.
