Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute organizational strategy to achieve regional business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Channel Partners.
  • Ensure recruitment and development of agents through multiple sources to meet business objectives.
  • Expand and sustain the existing business base by exploring new opportunities and increasing organizational share in client portfolios.
  • Maintain and enhance service levels for clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Identify new business avenues through networking and market intelligence.
  • Analyze regional performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Engage and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners to gain market feedback and drive business expansion.
