Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Own and achieve disbursement and revenue targets for the region.

Drive acquisition of customers seeking business loans in the ticket size of 150 lakhs.

Identify and develop new geographies and business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and brand visibility in the region.

Team Leadership & Management

Hire, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Relationship Managers.

Monitor performance metrics and guide the team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions to enhance team productivity.

Channel Partner Management

Ensure adherence to compliance and KYC norms by partners.

Conduct periodic partner reviews to ensure productivity and alignment with business goals.
