Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include owning the complete sales process, engaging with CXO-level executives, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, delivering personalized solutions, forecasting sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals. - Engage with CXO-level executives to understand and fulfill their needs through our solutions. - Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region, identify growth areas, drive pipeline development, and set clear sales targets. - Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer demands to inform sales strategies. - Deliver personalized presentations and solutions to prospects, aligning solutions with customer goals. - Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on sales progress to senior leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with market demand. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up with prospects consistently, and close deals in line with set targets and KPIs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years in direct sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales. - Strong experience in consultative and concept selling approaches. - Proven track record of building relationships with CXO-level executives and senior decision-makers. - Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to understand complex customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. - Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation tools, and technology platforms. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings.
