JOB PURPOSE/MANDATE:

SPECIFIC

Define and implement account strategies to drive profitable growth for all Sales & Marketing activities in the Channel for
REO Business (Wire, Fan, Switches, BCP & Lighting).
Driving sales through
GTM.
Identify new business opportunities and
expand

distribution

network
by driving sales growth in a specific region by setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing strategies.
Build and maintain
strong

relationships

with Distributors

Key Retail Outlets
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
Performance and reporting:
Track sales results, analyze market trends
and competition, and report on performance to senior management.
Plan and execute
BTL activities
to enhance market visibility.
Forecasting: Ensuring
monthly stock planning
& sales forecasting.

TECHNICAL

In-depth knowledge of market.
Good in Team handling.
Good Customer Connect.
Knowledge of Consumer Products.

FUNCTIONAL

Experience:
12-18 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in similar industry
Education:
Graduation. Post Gradution (desirable)
