Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and distribution for the Jal Division a (Packages water) cross the assigned region.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the reach of Jal products.
Appoint and manage competent distributors/stockists to strengthen the supply chain.
Achieve regional business objectives including sales, collections, and growth targets through effective leadership of ASMs & SOs.
Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge, company policies, and sales guidelines.
Conduct joint fieldwork with team members at retail and distributor levels to ensure strong market presence.
Coordinate with Depot Head to maintain adequate stock levels and verify stock transfers.
Collaborate with ZSM/GM for hiring and onboarding of ASMs & SOs.
Ensure timely submission of tour plans, monthly reports, and expense statements for self and team.
Review and monitor team performance, providing feedback and corrective measures.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.
Organize training sessions for new employees as per company standards.
Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility in the beverages segment.

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
10–12 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages sales with proven regional management exposure.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage large teams and deliver consistent business growth.
