Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving Personal Loan _SMPL business in the assigned region through effective team management, channel development, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Targets

o Responsible for end-to-end processing from logins to disbursement thereby achieving monthly disbursement targets

Team Management

o Recruit, train, manage team of ASM, SM and SO s

Channel Development

o Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing partners.

Operational Excellence

o Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, documentation standards, and regulatory norms.

Market Development

o Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for customer acquisition.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Personal Loan product and lending processes.


Leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
