Job Description

Locations - Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, Kolkata.

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in the region, driving primary & secondary sales targets, activation & assigned tasks for the region.
Supervise chemist detailing and other operations by the Sales Officers (SOs)/ASMs.
Ensure targeted brand wise coverage and penetration.
Implement & monitor trade activations & schemes.
Develop and maintain healthy trade relations
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning Conduct Bottom-up Sales forecasting & planning.
Effectively carry out market survey and/or any other assigned activities in market.
Liaison with HQ for any query resolution from ASMs/field SOs
Operate and implement BTL activities & Utilize trade scheme.

Preferred candidate profile

Total Experience: Minimum 7+ years of OTC/ Consumer Healthcare/FMCG sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
Strong foundation in sales operations with a proven track record in direct sales.
Expertise in managing stockiest, distributor and frontline sales team.
Constant drive and high motivational levels.
Should be open to relocation across the country.
