URGENT HIRING || Regional Sales Manager || Mumbai

Profile-Regional Sales Manager / MT

Experience-5 years

Ctc- 8 lpa (Depends on the interview)

Working Days- 6 days (2nd& fourth Saturday off)

Location-Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales initiatives in the region.

Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with key accounts and modern trade partners to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance the team's skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Operations:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts.

oManage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability in modern trade channels.

oCollaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Market Expansion:

oIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the region.

oImplement strategies to penetrate new markets and regions.

Compliance and Reporting:

oEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

oPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
