Regional Sales Manager - North Zone

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 10-15 marketing personnel and take full ownership of the assigned zone.
Establish new distributor/dealer networks and drive sales in untapped areas, including government projects.
Monitor distributor stock, orders, and scheme utilization.
Conduct dealer visits independently or with ASMs and sales executives.
Travel 18+ days/month; remaining days at head office/branch/depot.
Track, evaluate, and guide ASMs and sales executives on performance and activities.
Submit area reports, analyze monthly targets vs. achievements, and plan equipment-wise sales goals.
Focus on team development and succession planning
