Job Description

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for product printing machines across the assigned region. This role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, managing key client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for product printing machines in the assigned region.
Achieve regional sales targets and market share growth in line with company objectives.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors for printing machines.
Collaborate with the financing team to create customized NBFC financing solutions for customers.
Build strong relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end customers.
Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Organize product demos, roadshows, and promotional events to generate leads and brand visibility.
Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Train and mentor the regional sales team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven sales experience in product printing machines or capital equipment sales.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial product marketing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and develop strategic sales plans.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
