Regional Sales Manager - Kerala

You will be working as a full-time Regional Sales Manager for Kerala operations, located in Trivandrum, at Indroyal Furniture Company Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the sales team for customized interior solutions, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Moreover, you will be tasked with devising strategies to broaden the market reach and capitalize on business prospects. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in sales management and business development, adept team handling abilities, proficient negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal competencies, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively. It is preferable to have 4 to 5 years of experience in the furniture-based interior solutions sector or a related industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field would be advantageous.
