Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth, improve performance, and increase market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales or General Trade with a focus on Beverages or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of success in Team Handling and Strategic Sales Planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues) as well as external partners (customers).
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights from various sources (market research reports, customer feedback) to inform business decisions.
