Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase FMCG product sales through distributors and general trade channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or General Trade with a focus on Team Handling & Distributor Handling.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG Marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships at all levels (distributors, retailers, wholesalers).
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic planning decisions.
