Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the regional sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 6yrs+Experience in sales management and team leadership preferring B2B industry only.
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the matchmaking/platform industry is a plus
