Job Role: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER

Job Summary

You will be responsible for selling the Tooled-up solution or Turnkey solutions for machines manufacture in FFG MAG Bangalore facility like MAG SPECHT HMCs series, MAG Twin spindle VMCs, FEELER single spindle machine series, in addition to this you are responsible for selling other imported machines like Boehringer Crankshaft series, Turning machines, Drill tap centres manufactured in Germany, Taiwan and our Korea plants. You will be responsible to identify new business, develop, and maintain existing business relationships within your region which include conducting regular product reviews, generating enquiries and closing of orders with support from Head office. You must have the ambition and drive to continuously deliver results and meet/exceed expectations to assist the company in gaining market share in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years experience in direct sales activities with proven track record.

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the machine tool industry.

Job Role: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER

• Existing network in the machine tool industry and similar customer base.

• Monitor competitors pricing, products updates, promotion strategy and report back to the HO and Product Development Department.

• Would be more involved into Market Research and find good potential customers.

• Regularly travels to all the regional customers.

• Strong background with CNC machines and application preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, territory management, dealers’ management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Pro-active and customer-oriented attitude.

• Independent and “can do” attitude”.

• Willingness to travel.

Job Profile

• Acquisition and sales of FFG products (End to End Sales).

• Passion for and good understanding of manufacturing technologies and applications on diversified segments.

• Extensive experience in projects business handling, able to understand the customer requirement and suggest the suitable machine available in portfolio.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.

• Ability to communicate the technical value proposition of the company’s products.

• Self-driven, go-getter, sales hunter, thrives by working independently.

• Proactive behaviour, taking initiative, and seeking continuous improvement.

• Experience working with overseas colleagues in an international working environment preferred.

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office suite).

• Customers management and permanent contact.

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to General Manager - Technology Solutions Sales.

• Cooperation, coordination, and interface building between our factories and the internal departments.

• Ongoing market research in order to develop the respective areas / Market penetration to meet organization’s goal and vision.

• Present the company at exhibitions, open houses, and seminars.
