Regional Sales Manager- Kerala

You will be responsible for leading and expanding our presence across assigned territories as a Regional Sales Manager at Biotics Lab. With over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, you will develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring a team of Area Sales Managers, ensuring strong execution of field activities, coordinating with various levels of management, monitoring competitor activities, and refining tactics based on market trends. Your role will involve ensuring the proper distribution of samples and promotional inputs, conducting field visits to coach team members, maintaining accurate reporting via CRM tools, and identifying training needs for continuous team development. Additionally, you will represent the company at medical events, conferences, and training sessions. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a Science/Pharma background, have a minimum of 8 years of experience in pharma sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role, possess proven leadership and strategic planning abilities, exhibit strong communication skills, and be proficient in CRM/reporting tools.
