Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager Structure Sales to lead our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in luxury or real estate structure sales, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive revenue through relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Artius products in the structure and luxury residential segment within the assigned region.
Build and manage relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and HNI clients.
Achieve regional sales targets through a consultative and solution-based approach.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Manage and mentor the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
6-10 years of experience in structure sales, luxury interiors, or high-value B2C real estate.
Strong network among builders, architects, and HNI clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exposure to premium/luxury product sales will be an advantage.
