Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national sales

targets.

• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for SMC Panel

Tanks.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Client & Channel Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors,

distributors, OEMs, and end-users.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients and

consultants.

• Manage channel partners and distributors; resolve conflicts and improve

channel performance.

• Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor regional sales executives or representatives.
• Set individual KPIs and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales

effectiveness.

• Technical & Commercial Support

• Provide accurate technical advice on SMC Panel Tank specifications, design,

and installation.

• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback.
• Recommend product development or pricing adjustments based on regional

needs
