Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Regional Sales Head - North at Digital ShoutOuts Media located in Gurgaon. The Regional Sales Head – North will be responsible for managing new business in north region, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining and growing current accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and analysing sales performance to ensure the company meets its revenue targets.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data insights and use them to inform sales strategies and decisions.
• Must have amazing relationship with clients & agencies.

• Account Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Team Management: Experience managing and coaching a team of sales professionals.
• Sales Management: Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
