Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Head – Kerala to drive top-line growth and strengthen our market footprint in Kerala’s architectural glass segment. The ideal candidate brings deep market intelligence, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of delivering consistent business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Kerala sales operations end-to-end, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.
Expand market share across builders, fabricators, contractors, and EPC clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to Kerala’s market dynamics.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
Monitor competitor movements and generate actionable insights.
Build, mentor, and manage the sales team for peak performance.
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and back-office teams to ensure flawless order execution.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and drive data-based decisions.
Uphold company policies, compliance, and customer service excellence.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in glass processing, building materials, or allied industries.
Strong understanding of the Kerala market, with an established client network.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales targets and manage a region independently.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Age below 45 years.
