Regional Sales Executive

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with customer prospects to promote and sell products. You will present products using solid arguments to both existing and potential customers. Your main goal will be to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the given schedule. Negotiating agreements, keeping records of sales and data, and coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to ensure that their requirements are met. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships is crucial. Additionally, expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction is an essential aspect of the role. You will also be required to analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports. Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should have work experience as a sales representative in the medical field. Being highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales is essential. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills are required. You should have the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills are a must, along with relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Experience in sales within the health sector would be advantageous. Fluency in both English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory. Being open to domestic and international travel is also expected in this role.
