Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle independently: lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
  • Generate leads within the assigned region through calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.
  • Achieve a minimum of 2 sales closures per month.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the region.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and implementation handover.
  • Identify regional market opportunities and customer needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and time-management skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability.
  • Prior experience in B2B / IT / SaaS sales is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
