Operation Excellence is full day audit , trainer should check minimum 25 Coffee Vending machines in a day and he will also check machine condition, manpower deployment, milk consumption, in case any abnormal milk variance, product shelf life , expiry , closing stocks, in case any abnormal excess stock found in the outlet , trainer will summarize as per the operation excellence format and he will report to the functional head daily basis.

1+ yrs of Experience in Operation Management and Training roles
