Regional Operations Specialist

As an Operations Manager in the South Region, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all salons in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day operations of all salons in the South Region, ensuring alignment with company protocols, brand standards, and operational excellence. - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Area Sales Managers, providing direction and performance support. - Providing operational assistance and guidance to business partners to ensure profitability and sustainable business growth. - Monitoring salon performance metrics (revenue, profitability, client retention, staff productivity, etc.) and implementing strategies for improvement. - Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, etc.) to support regional needs and resolve operational issues. - Developing and executing regional strategies to maximize salon efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction. - Analyzing operational challenges and providing timely solutions to ensure seamless salon functioning. - Preparing and presenting regional performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations. - Acting as a liaison between the corporate office and regional business partners, maintaining strong professional relationships. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the retail, beauty, wellness, or salon industry. - Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations and leading a team across multiple locations. - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive profitability. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel extensively within the South Region.,
