REGIONAL O+O TRANSFORMATION

As a Regional Transformation Manager at L'Oral in Mumbai, your main role will be to drive the O+O RTM Transformation (Project Ashwamedha) in your region. Your responsibilities will include the following key initiatives: - Acting as the single point of contact for the region in driving offline transformation initiatives - Pre-mediating/mitigating risks and issues with a robust tracker - Providing timely updates to the Ashwamedha central project team - Leading initiatives such as distributor-led expansion, distribution architecture revamp, and servicing frequency - Driving deeper penetration through super and sub-distributors in remaining towns - Increasing revenue/salesperson productivity by 30% through strong adherence to market work - Driving the adoption of new ways of work with improved DMS & SFA In terms of qualifications, you should have 8-10 years of professional experience in FMCG or Consulting and hold an MBA degree. You should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, collaborative leadership abilities, a proactive and adaptable mindset, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and an analytical, data-driven mindset with a growth mindset. You will be expected to lead and manage initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. You should proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders and steering committees will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key relationships will include the Commercial Team, CBD Team, Sales IT and Automation team, and External partners like BAIN & Co Consulting Team. Travel requirements will be based on business needs.
