Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master Excellent communication and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks Team-first, servant leader mentality Preferred Qualifications: Certified SAFe Scrum Master Certified PSM or CSM.
