Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager - Visual Merchandising located in Gurugram. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies, overseeing the implementation of merchandising plans in multiple locations, and ensuring consistent and appealing product displays. This role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, conducting regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, and providing training and support to store staff. Additionally, the Regional Manager will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising tactics.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, store layout, and product display
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field
