Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage and support branch managers to ensure smooth operations across all locations within the region. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and compliance. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet company objectives and growth targets. Identify opportunities for expansion, cost reduction, and process improvements within the region. Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with overall corporate strategy. Financial Management: Oversee regional budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to ensure financial targets are met. Manage regional expenses and optimize resource utilization to achieve profitability. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and staff within the region. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
