Duties and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Ensuring compliance of the Credit Policy and processes within TAT 2. Checking client’s eligibility for the loan and his/her credit worthiness by looking at the other loans advances taken and payment history. 3. Drive the Productivity on the Floor and help Business to achieve the targets on monthly basis 4. Processing of file and checking the customer profile and categorizing it into low, medium and high risk. 5. Monitor portfolio on regular basis. 6. Training of Credit Managers on regular basis. 7. Liaison with RCU /L&D and to Conducting workshops along with on misses on policy and Fraud Triggers 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Centralized Shop Workshop PAN INDIA volumes gets processed 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) 1. Decide on the approval/rejection of logins. 2. Maintain quality of Portfolio and Decisioning of Files 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work 1. Business stakeholders, OPS, Collections, COE teams & HR Partners: To understand & drive business, drive training coverage to team members and provide feedback for system development. 2. Risk team: Understand changes in policies 3. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) NA Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Productivity of the Floor to be maintained at desired levels as per Management expectation, For Ex: today Productivity has to be at 16 Files on Floor per underwriter, 8. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Required Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications 1. MBA – Finance & B.com 2. Knowledge of Underwriting – SAL PL and experience of team handling b) Work Experience 1. Minimum 5 years of experience if internal candidate; 8 years if external. Should ideally come from a business background.
