As a Regional Manager for upGrad's Learning Centres in the South region, your role will involve overseeing the operations, sales, and growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Leadership**: Drive enrolments and revenue through effective sales strategies and local partnerships. - **Franchise Partner Management**: Collaborate with partners to align business goals and monitor performance across partner-led centres. - **Centre & Instructor Oversight**: Ensure smooth delivery of classes, student satisfaction, and adherence to academic quality benchmarks. - **Business Growth**: Identify opportunities to expand upGrad's presence and contribute to the regional strategy. - **Team Development**: Mentor and coach staff to foster a high-performance culture. - **Customer Experience**: Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for students and parents. - **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with central teams to align regional execution with company goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA from a Tier-1 business school. - 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L ownership. - Strong leadership potential with a track record of meeting targets. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
