Regional Manager-Security

Basic Function:

 Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures

 Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

 Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards

 Review reports on incidents and breaches

 Developing growth strategies and plans

 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

 Increasing client base, getting business for the organisation

 Having an in-depth knowledge of business

 Negotiating with stakeholders

 Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

 Meeting with the new clients for business development

 Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

 Drafting and reviewing contracts

 Timely distribution of bills, collections & distribution of salary

 Preparation for new deployment

 Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

 Create reports for management on security status

 Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of

regulations, policies and procedures.

Skills:

 Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills

 Knowledge on Fire drill exercise, safety practice, Training on emergency evacuation, frisking,

briefing, material handling & Threat handling calls

 Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

 Leadership skills

 Training and Development

 Liaisoning

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Working knowledge of MS Office

 Stakeholder management skills

 Proven ability to negotiate

 Conflict resolution

 The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
