Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise end-to-end operations across multiple warehouse facilities.
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities, inventory flow, dispatches, and RTO management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and operational KPIs.

2. Team Management and Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse managers, supervisors, and associates.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, quality, and safety.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock movement and replenishment.
• Implement best practices to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and pilferage

4. Strategy & Process Improvement

• Design and implement efficient workflows and warehouse layouts per client or business needs.
• Continuously analyze operational gaps and lead initiatives to drive cost reduction and process improvements.
• Lead first-mile, last-mile, and marketplace coordination in the region.

5. Safety, Compliance & Audits

• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety protocols, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
• Train staff in safety measures and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain warehouse infrastructure and security standards.

6. Vendor & Client Coordination

• Handle vendor acquisition, negotiations, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with new clients for onboarding and warehouse setup as per requirement.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

7. Reporting & Budget Control

• Track regional performance metrics and share regular reports with top management.
• Manage regional operational budgets and implement cost-effective practices.
• Ensure timely documentation and reports for audit and internal review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Ability to handle multi-location teams and large-scale warehouse setups.
• Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
