Job Description

As a Senior Management - Risk Management at Siemens Financial Services Pvt Ltd, your responsibilities will include: - Performing high quality and timely credit underwriting of new business transactions for Small, Mid, and Large Corporates within delegated authority levels, assessing levels of risk and ensuring appropriate returns. - Preparing credit reports in specified formats, ensuring compliance with risk policies and processes while collaborating with the sales team to facilitate timely closure of transactions. - Presenting proposals to approval authorities. - Monitoring the portfolio and conducting portfolio reviews, maintaining records for audit and regulatory requirements. - Liaising with Sales and other members of the Risk Management team through structured meetings to drive continuous improvement in business processes. - Participating in customer meetings when necessary to gain a comprehensive understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with a transaction. - Managing the entire portfolio of SFPL and providing guidance and training to the team. In terms of knowledge and experience, you should have: - Around 10 years of experience in risk or credit in a bank or a reputed NBFC with a focus on underwriting. - Preference for knowledge of Equipment Finance. - Mandatory experience in commercial finance. - Ability to make credit decisions. - Quick learning ability. - Experience with LOS / LMS in a Bank or NBFC. - CA or MBA from a reputable institution.
