Job Description

As a Senior Management - Risk Management at Siemens Financial Services Pvt Ltd, your role involves performing high-quality and timely credit underwriting for new business transactions of Small, Mid, and Large Corporates within delegated authority levels. This includes assessing levels of risk and appropriate returns, preparing credit reports, ensuring compliance with risk policies, and supporting the sales team in transaction closures. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting proposals to approval authorities, monitoring portfolios, conducting portfolio reviews, and maintaining records for audit and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with sales and other members of the Risk Management team to enhance business processes and participate in customer meetings to understand transaction risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will manage the entire SFPL portfolio, providing guidance and training to the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - About 10 years of experience in risk or credit in a bank or a reputed NBFC in underwriting - Knowledge of Equipment Finance is preferred - Experience in commercial finance is mandatory - Ability to make credit decisions - Quick learning ability - Experience in LOS / LMS in a Bank or NBFC - CA or MBA from an institution of repute To apply for this position, make sure to complete all sections of the online application form accurately, as the data will be used to assess your suitability for the role.,
