Regional Manager - Retail Sales

As a Sales Manager in this company, your role involves: - Aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans, as well as through cross-selling, while also enhancing client relationships. - Retaining and expanding the customer base for mortgage products, maintaining strong liaison for repeat business or referrals. - Maximizing sales through a network of DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships. - Identifying and maintaining key builder/channel relationships. - Maximizing the number of APFs and increasing penetration in approved APF projects. - Ensuring files are processed from the login stage to disbursement and liaising with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion. - Ensuring high-quality customer service and portfolio quality. In terms of Sales Planning and Team Management: - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing a team of sales managers to achieve team results and maximize region profitability. - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales. - Leading and supervising sales teams for implementing growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Managing team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming them in presentation and selling skills. - Adopting Sales Digitization tools and effectively implementing them with the teams. Regarding Industry & Governance: - Ensuring superior communication of objectives through Area review meets. - Developing an ability to plan and execute an effective long-range area sales growth plan. - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies. - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems. You are required to be a Graduate and Masters/Postgraduate for this position.,
