Regional Manager - Retail Sales - Direct & DSA - Housing - DM - Sales - Mumbai - AFL House - MM

As a Sales Manager for home loans, your primary role will be to aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets through cross-selling. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding the company's customer base for mortgage products, while maintaining strong relationships for repeat business and referrals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing sales processes efficiently to maximize sales through a network of DSA, Direct Sales, CA, and Builders - Identifying and maintaining key builder/channel relationships - Maximizing the number of APFs and increasing penetration in approved APF projects - Ensuring seamless processing of files from login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments - Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining good portfolio quality In addition, you will be responsible for sales planning and team management, which includes: - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing a team of sales managers - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities - Leading and supervising sales teams for implementing growth agendas through training, motivation, and deployment strategies - Recruiting quality resources and grooming them in presentation and selling skills - Adopting sales digitization tools and implementing them effectively with the teams Furthermore, you will be expected to: - Ensure superior communication of objectives through Area review meets - Develop and execute effective long-range area sales growth plans - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding - Ensure compliance with all Audit, NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree - Masters/Postgraduate degree,
