Regional Manager-Kochi

As a Regional Manager at Join In Campus, you will play a crucial role in representing the company and promoting its services to agents and counselors. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize student recruitment to achieve regional targets. You will negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and maintain regular communication to keep agents engaged. Additionally, you will train and guide agents to enhance the quality and volume of international student enrollment. Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency is also part of your role. Your proactive approach in generating ideas to develop business opportunities will be highly valued. You will implement marketing and recruitment strategies through thorough research and market analysis, identify and onboard prospective agents, and lead and manage marketing events organized by the company. Moreover, you should be prepared to take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by your superiors.
