Job Title: Regional Manager-Kochi

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (Out-of-city)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Represent Join In Campus & promote its services to agents and counselors

- Maximize student recruitment to achieve regional targets

- Negotiate terms of engagement and provide training to agents and their staff

- Maintain regular communication to keep agents engaged

- Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international student enrolment

- Handle client queries with professionalism and efficiency

- Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities

- Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis

- Identify and onboard prospective agents

- Lead and manage marketing events organized by the company

- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

- Experience in student and career counseling

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of the education sector and study abroad programs

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with university application processes

- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or related field

- Excellent presentation skills

- Experience in the overseas education industry is a must

- Willingness to travel 20–22 days per month
