Job Description

The role you are applying for involves driving the growth of distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will be responsible for enhancing visibility and accountability through extensive QR and Sound box deployment, as well as driving sales of the product. Your key tasks will include identifying and recruiting a sales team to align with the business objectives in the market, and planning the market size, span, and geographies for AaSMs. It will be crucial for you to devise effective communication methods to ensure the team understands and meets the set plans and targets, thereby minimizing the expectations versus delivery gap. Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by the management and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales will also be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will be managing a large team consisting of 5-10 City Heads, ASMs, and over 200 indirect employees. To excel in this position, you should possess strong networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within your specified area. Additionally, being skilled in coaching, mentoring, and quickly grasping and applying new ideas and concepts will be advantageous. Ideal candidates for this role are self-starters who can take ownership and thrive in ambiguous situations. You should have 8-12 years of experience in sales, particularly in business development and B2C markets. A passion for working in fast-growing firms and managing large teams is essential. Articulating complex solutions to customers and possessing good sales and negotiation skills are also crucial. Experience in quota-driven sales is a requirement.
