Regional Manager - General Manager

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will be expected to increase visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR codes and Sound boxes, ultimately resulting in increased product sales. Recruiting and aligning a sales team to meet business objectives will be a crucial part of your role. You will need to plan the market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (AaSMs) while devising effective communication strategies to ensure that team members understand and meet their targets. Monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, and managing a large team of City Heads, ASMs, and indirect employees will also be key aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you must possess good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within your specified area. Coaching and mentoring skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new ideas and concepts. Ideal candidates will be self-starters comfortable with ambiguity, with 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development in B2C markets. Your success will be further supported by your passion for working in a fast-growing environment and handling large teams. Articulating complex solutions to customers, strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as experience in quota-driven sales are must-have qualities.
