Regional Manager / Institutional Unit Head

  • Lead and manage the team to drive B2B school partnerships and sales growth.
  • Identify, engage, and close tie-ups with schools across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the entire sales cycle lead generation, pitch, negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of targets by the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Ensure timely reporting of pipeline status, closures, and other key metrics to the senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with education trends, competitor landscape, and regional market dynamics.
