Regional LLP Solution Engineer

As a Regional Solutions Engineer at Maersk, your role involves developing solutions in collaboration with the LLP Product team, Sales, and Opportunity Management to address customer requirements with cost-effective and high-quality logistics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing solutions in line with LLP strategy and customer needs - Conducting basic supply chain analytics projects - Analyzing end-to-end supply chains of clients for potential cost-saving opportunities - Identifying and analyzing potential configuration gaps using various LLP technology platforms/applications - Interpreting and analyzing customer requirements to propose solutions and maintaining solution concepts - Configuring Solution Building blocks, quantifying solution resource and implementation requirements, and developing alternative solutions in case of capability gaps - Outlining solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers and handover to the implementation team - Creating management dashboards to show profit levels, HC expenditures, and other meaningful metrics across customers, verticals, and geographies - Reviewing and supporting customer solutions and implementations - Acting as a custodian of sustainable operational quality and efficiency - Project managing the solution design process to ensure on-time delivery - Maintaining the repository of the global pricing database and updating it with relevant changes Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management - Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation with experience in solution designing and supply chain - 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, or operations of international supply chains - Project management experience is advantageous - Direct experience in one or more core industry verticals - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and willingness to travel as required - Skills to manage sensitive customers and personalities You will report into the Regional Head of Solution and Pricing and will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Regional product heads, Global product teams, Commercial teams, and Operations teams, as well as external stakeholders like Customers and Suppliers.
